ZenBinary (“ZenBinary,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) creates and operates websites, web applications, mobile applications, and other digital services focused on creativity.
Our services include ZenBinary.com and products and brands operated by ZenBinary, including PicPlayer, BandBeats, and other current or future ZenBinary applications and services (collectively, the “Services“).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect when you use our Services, how we use and protect that information, and the choices and rights available to you.
1. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on which ZenBinary Service you use and the features you choose to use.
Information You Provide to Us
You may provide information directly to us when you contact us, submit feedback, request support, create an account if account functionality is offered, or otherwise communicate with us.
This information may include your name, email address, username, support messages, feedback, or other information you choose to provide.
Photos, Audio, Music, and Other Creative Content
Some ZenBinary Services allow you to edit photos, create music, work with audio, or create other digital content.
Where processing occurs entirely on your device or in your browser, ZenBinary does not receive the content merely because you use the editing or creation feature.
If a feature requires content to be uploaded or transmitted to our servers—for example, for cloud processing, storage, synchronization, sharing, backup, or technical support—we may temporarily or persistently process that content as necessary to provide the requested feature.
We do not claim ownership of the photos, audio, music, projects, or other creative content you create or import into the Services.
Before publishing this policy, ZenBinary will ensure this section accurately reflects whether PicPlayer, BandBeats, and each mobile app perform processing locally or upload files to a server.
Device and Technical Information
Our websites and applications may automatically receive limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the Services.
Depending on the technologies used, this may include browser type, operating system, device type, app version, general diagnostic information, crash information, IP address, referring pages, and similar technical data.
If we use analytics or crash-reporting providers, information collected through those services will also be disclosed in the relevant app’s App Store privacy information.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies to remember preferences, maintain functionality, improve performance, prevent abuse, and understand how the Services are used.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
App Store Information
When you download a ZenBinary app through an app marketplace such as Apple’s App Store, the marketplace operator may process information relating to your download, device, account, purchases, or subscriptions under its own privacy policy.
ZenBinary generally does not receive your full payment-card information from an app marketplace.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information we collect to operate and provide the Services; process photos, audio, projects, or other content when requested by you; maintain and improve performance; respond to support requests and feedback; detect bugs, abuse, fraud, and security threats; comply with legal obligations; protect ZenBinary, our users, and others; and develop new features and Services.
We do not use your private creative content for purposes materially unrelated to providing the Services without appropriate notice or permission.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the European Union or United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation apply, we process personal information only where we have an appropriate legal basis.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include processing necessary to provide a Service you requested, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our Services, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent.

Any third-party SDK or service incorporated into a ZenBinary mobile application will also be reflected, where required, in that application’s App Store privacy disclosures.
5. Creative Content and Privacy
Your creative files may contain personal or sensitive information.
You should consider the information contained in photographs, audio recordings, metadata, filenames, or other files before uploading or sharing them.
ZenBinary will only access or process device resources such as your photo library, camera, microphone, or media library when required for a feature you choose to use and when permission is provided through the operating system where required.
You can normally change these permissions through your device settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing our agreements.
Temporary files used to perform an editing or processing operation may be deleted sooner.
Where an account is provided, information associated with the account may be retained until the account is deleted, subject to information we are legally required or permitted to retain.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss.
However, no website, application, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how your personal information is used.
You may also have the right to object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

If a ZenBinary app provides user accounts, users will also be provided with a method for requesting or initiating account deletion as required by applicable platform rules and law.
9. Account Deletion
If a Service allows you to create an account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through the deletion functionality provided by that Service or through another method identified within the Service.
Certain information may be retained where necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, protect security, resolve disputes, or establish or defend legal claims.
For mobile applications distributed through platforms that require in-app account deletion, ZenBinary will provide the required functionality.
Apple specifically requires apps supporting account creation to let users initiate deletion of the account from within the app.
10. Children’s Privacy
Unless a particular ZenBinary Service expressly states otherwise, our Services are intended for a general audience and are not specifically directed to children under the minimum age at which they may independently consent to the processing of personal information in their jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental consent is legally required without obtaining the required authorization.
If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected contrary to applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
If ZenBinary launches an application specifically designed for children, we may provide additional privacy notices and safeguards appropriate to that application.
11. International Users
ZenBinary Services may be available internationally.
As a result, information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where legally required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

ZenBinary does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties. Your interaction with those services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
